A. Once payment has been made and approved you will get a email with your downloads. You must hit Return to merchant or return to store. If you did these things and see your payment did go through then email us your order # & name.
Q. My links say Expired
A. You have 2 tries within 24 hours to download your links. Once you have downloaded them you cant download them any more. If there is a issue with your download, please email us your order # & name.
Q. Are there other ways to get my order to download if I didn't get the email?

- Under “My Account” Select Order History Select the order for which you want to view the download links
- And then click download links.
